We have made the efficiency analysis sublingual and injection ASIT at patients with IgE-dependent diseases. Within 5 years we surveyed 417 person of both sexes, middle age 24,3±9,8 years. As the basic allergen at 202 persons (48,5% from the general group) was pollen of trees, at 63 patients (15% from group) – pollen of cereal grasses, at 71 patients (17% from group) – wormwood pollen, at 81 patients (19,5% from group) – Dermatofagoidus of a house dust. We have shown good acceptability and safety ASIT. After the first year of treatment efficiency ASIT was 70% of good results and 14% excellent results, and after a complete course treatment has increased to 90% of excellent results. |
