We have evaluated local immunity in urogenital mucosae. The morphological changes of the mucous membrane of the cervix may indicate the mosaic nature of the structural and functional organization of the epithelium. The level of secretory immunoglobulin A was found at 2,51 g/ml or less, with the level of lactoferrin 6965 ng / ml or more at the same time. Thus, gonococci infection is diagnosed with attributed systemic manifestations, failing to fulfill this criterion may lead to diagnosis of localized gonorrhea.

Keywords
