Monitoring for reproductive papillomavirus infection in women of various age groups

We have traced the prevalence, viral load and genotype spectra of human papillomavirus with high carcinogenic risk in 504 women during the different periods of reproductive age. Papillomavirus targets were recorded in 52,2 % of women with the highest prevalence frequency in the early reproductive period. The particular feature of early reproductive age also was high frequency of a mixed infection, whereas at late reproductive age the combination of 2 and more types of papillomavirus reached 17,2 %. Irrespective of age, in different percent of cases at HPV-positive women of reproductive age 12 genotypes, with prevalence HPV of 16 and 31 types have been all found. The average index of the viral load was in limits significant (3 - 5 lg HPV on 105 cells) in all age groups of women. Less significant virus load was observed 2 times more frequent in women of late reproductive age, but the significant load at women at the age from 20 till 35 years was more frequent.
