The aim of our work was to trace the dynamics of the subspecies of leukocyte-platelet aggregates in patients with coronavirus disease, depending on the duration and severity of the disease. The study included 83 patients diagnosed with Coronavirus infection and treated at a hospital from June to August 2020 as well as 20 healthy volunteers. The Wuhan COVID-19 strain was identified in all patients. The groups studied were divided according to the duration of the disease and its severity. Analysis of the total number and phenotype of leukocytes, the number of leukocyte-platelet aggregates was performed with the Cytomics FC500 flow cytofluorimeter. Over the first week of COVID infection, the number of neutrophil-platelet coagulants increased. An increase in disease severity to moderate values is characterized by a decrease in the number of eosinophils and lymphocytes, and their cooperation with platelets accompanied with active cooperation of neutrophils and monocytes with blood plates.
