Monitoring of the immune status and immunorehabilitation of children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infections in remission

The immune status estimation of 30 children at the age of 2" 6 years from the frequently falling"ill group with recurrent upper respiratory tract infections, including immuno" phenotype of leukocytes (on receptors D3, CD4, CD8, CD16, CD56, CD11a, CD14, CD18, CD19, CD22, CD25, CD28, CD40, CD45, CD71, CD95, CD154, HLA"DR, LPS) three times: before the immunorehabilitation, in 10 days and 2 months after the course. As a result of the study it was found that remission diseases of recurrent upper respiratory tract infection in children are accompanied by dynamic changes in the number of CD3+ CD8+CD28+, LPS+CD19+, LPS+CD3+, CD154+" subpopulations of lymphocytes and neutrophils with CD11a+ and CD18+ receptors.
