The study of polymorphism of cytokine genes IL4, IL10, IL17A and TNFA in patients with infectious dependent bronchial asthma

In 111 patients with a diagnosis of infection-dependent bronchial asthma, a study of gene polymorphism of interlekin IL-4 (C-589T), IL-10 (G-1082A), IL-17(G-197A) and TNF- (G-308A) with the use of test-systems Ltd PTT Liteh (Moscow) by method of polimerase chain reaction (PCR) in the mode of real time was conducted. The most common genotype: CT IL-4 (C-589T) have 54,05%, GA IL-10 (G-1082A) have 70,27% and GA IL-17A (G-197A) have 67,57% of patients. A mutated homozygote was allocated according to IL-4 TT (C-589T) only in 6 patients (5,41%), according to IL- 10 AA (G-1082A) in 3 (2,70%) and TNF AA (G-308A) in 3(2,70%) patients. Polymorphism of gene determines the features of atopy and chronic infectious process. The genotypes of hetorozygotes and mutant homozygotes for all types of genes cytokines are predictor of severe astma, torpid to the anti-inflammatory therapy.
