The article is dedicated to the problem of pregnancy in perinatally HIV-infected women. Meta-analysis of 13 publications was performed and it was discovered, that in perinatally HIV-infected women sexually transmitted infections were diagnosed in 52.4% cases, pregnancies were complicated in 77.6%. The rate of preeclampsia was significantly higher(11.1%, ð = 0,006) as well as the rate of olighydramnious (12.5%, ð = 0,039) and fetal growth retardation (13.7%, ð = 0.097), the rate of miscarriage was significantly lower (5,8%, ð = 0,006). The high rate of antiretroviral prophylaxis in perinatally HIV-infected pregnant women (97.9%) and connected with this adequate viral suppression in labor (71.6%) decreases the risk of intranatal HIV-transmission in preterm and vaginal delivery, but suboptimal viral suppression is the most significant (ð = 0,067) predictor of the HIV-transmission from mother to a child. |
