Hexapeptide p137-142FceRIa (synthetic analog of IgE high-affinity receptor’s active center) and oral low-dose allergovaccine ÀV-1P have been introduced into sensitized animals. The obtained effects were the essential decrease of skin sensitization to allergens and mast cells degranulation, which was induced by causal allergen, decreased the allergy inflammation in lungs and bronchial tubes. Usage in mice of peptide p137-142FceRIa and oral low-dose allergovaccine ÀV-1P was safe, because in these doses this preparations have no any negative influence to such indicators as body weight and morphology of animal’s blood and tissues, does not provoke anaphylactic shock or animal death.
